Unison Technologies has created the Unison Business Technology Advancement Program to equip selected New York City area businesses with the latest in 'unified communications' e-mail and telephony systems. These systems will be installed and maintained at no cost.

What's included in the program?

What? A program to give advanced 'unified communications' systems at no charge. The system includes telephony capability, e-mail, instant messaging and other capabilities. Learn about the features and benefits (PDF).

Where/when? Any organization in the New York City area is eligible to apply.

Who? Small businesses, non-profits and schools are eligible, if they have up to 50 staff members (i.e. people who use e-mail and telephones at work).

Why? Unison Technologies is a leader in unified communications software. It is launching this program as a way to help companies, while benefiting from joint publicity and customer references.

Why apply?

Unison is an advanced business communication system designed to improve your company's productivity while reducing your IT expenditures. As part of this program, Unison will purchase system equipment for your business – including servers and telephones – then install, manage and maintain the system – all at no cost.

There is no cost to apply. Even if your organization is not chosen, you may be offered free software and support to deploy it, but without the free hardware.

Selection Criteria

Any New York City based business or organization with between ten and fifty employees can apply.

Next steps

Selected applicants will be contacted by telephone after Unison has evaluated each application. Applicants that are not selected for the full Unison Business Technology Advancement Program may still be eligible (for a limited period) for free full versions of Unison Server and Unison Desktop as well as technical support in deployment and configuration of Unison.
